How can I book a picnic on Crete?

Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, PayPal, or cash.
Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes, I adapt to your dietary habits. I am happy to prepare a vegetarian or vegan menu.
What should I bring to the picnic?
A jacket in case it gets a bit chilly. A camera to capture beautiful memories. Good mood to experience an unforgettable moment.
How do I get to the picnic location?
You will receive the exact location information of the picnic so that you can easily find your way there. Additionally, we are always available if you have trouble locating the spot.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the picnic?
If the weather doesn’t allow for a picnic, the appointment will be rescheduled for another day. If this isn’t possible, you’ll receive a voucher to use the date at a later time.
Is there a cancellation policy for bookings?
A deposit of 30€ is required to confirm the appointment. The deposit is fully refundable up to three days before the appointment. No refunds will be issued within three days of the appointment.
Can you accommodate special requests or customize the picnic packages?
We do our best to meet your needs. Please share your wishes with us, and we will do our best to fulfill them.
How far in advance should I book my picnic?
If you want a specific date for your picnic or if you have a short stay, I would recommand you to plan early (1 month in advance).
Are the picnic spots suitable for children and families?
The picnic spots are perfect for family activities with children. Kids can play while you enjoy your evening in peace.
Do you offer additional services such as photography or entertainment?
I don’t offer such services myself, but I have contacts in this field whom I’d be happy to recommend to you.
Are there any specific rules or regulations for the picnic spots?
The entire coastline in the region around Kalamaki is the nesting ground of the careta careta sea turtles. It is possible that these turtles come to nest, and it is important not to disturb them, as they are a protected species. It is also important not to disturb the baby turtles after they hatch.
